Here is a new coloring commission that was made to be my Desscribe of a quick-n-dirty sketch that he made to @callmepo.
IN the same tradition that he’s had before, he paired an obscure character, named Elsbeth Duhl, with Man-Thing and showcasing his…..man-thing.
Of course when Desscribe showed me the sketch I couldn’t help but marvel at the detail that CallMePo put into it. Not to mention the size of the object that Elsbeth was cradling. The first thought that went through my mind was “how is that going to fit?” But all that was put aside and I concentrated on the job at hand.
So, needless to say I had my work cut out for me. Thankfully, coloring Elsbeth was easy. The challenge came with Man-Thing and putting all the shadow details into it. And it was a good thing that it was all one color so because that made it was lot easier to go through.
Finally, the background was pretty easy to get to since there wasn’t a lot to show and it was a swamp so there’d be a lot of dark colors in it.
So my thanks to Desscribe for giving me this opportunity to color it and to @callmepo who did a wonderful piece as well.
