Bokuman - Autobot Wave

This is the colored version of a commission that I made to Bokuman, an Transformer Wave Lineart

The concept began a while back when I saw the Transformers movie and saw the head of the Decepticon “Frenzy” transform itself into a cell phone.  I figured that if something like that could be done then what about MP3 players?

I first came up with a Decepticon disguised as an Apple iPod since they were everywhere and I came up with the concept of an Autobot based on the player I had - the Creative Zen Vision M.

The only drawback to this one is that the Creative Zen isn’t as widely known as the iPod, so there are parts that aren’t as recognizable, such as the iPod menu circle which can be seen on the Decepticon Pitch.
