This is a colored version of the Jack Murdock Lineart that Bokuman did for me.
The character himself is part of a Forum RPG that I play at - the name is called “The Carrion Blade” - thus the reason for the black sword with the red outline. Although the way I had done things turned out so good that I decided to make it into a fan fiction.
The way I had designed Jack was largely based upon “The Shadow” as far as his suit went. As for his face, I had Bokuman base it on a character from the movie “Ghost Rider” - the character being Blackheart. If you’ve seen the film you’ll know what I’m talking about.
Although, I admit that i made this version of Jack a lot older than the one I have in the forum. In the forum I had him born in the 70’s and turned in the year 2004.
The reason why I changed his age is because a lot of the other players had their vampires over a hundred-years-old at least. So it was a case of the odd-man-out on the age issue.
As for the characters sheet - here it is:

Special Abilities: As a vampire he has heightened strength, speed, agility, eyesight, sense of smell, hearing, etc. However he is an excellent marksman and martial artist which are enhanced by his vampiric abilities.
Weaknesses: Sunlight and Silver. Needs to drink at least 1 pint of blood every 24 hours or he starts to weaken. (Additional note: Even though he needs to drink blood to sustain himself, he can still eat and drink the same things as humans can but they do not give the same nutritional sustenance that blood gives him).
Appearance: Usually dresses in suits. He’s a particular fan of wearing double-breasted coats usually in the colors of black or charcoal. His shirts are usually light in color although he tends to stay away from colors that he feels “don’t suit” him (no pun intended at all). These colors are usually the light red (or pink) as well as light purple. His ties are usually thin and in solid colors. He also wears a cloak when the weather is too cold. As well as a black fedora hat.
Weapons: He carries with him a large, oblong and aluminum case (32 Inches Long. 12.5 Inches Wide. 4 Inches thick).
In this case he carries his weapons:
- 2x Beretta 92 with Barrel Extension and Full Auto.
- 2x M93R with Barrel Extension and Compensator.
- 1x Remington 870 MCS (Modular Combat Shotgun) 18-inch Patrol configuration with tactical buttstock.
- 1x M16A2 Assault Rifle.
- 1x Wakizashi Sword
- 6x Combat Knives
He also carries his laptop computer as well as his own personal music player and kindle for his own personal downtime.
Personality: Quite wacky in a Robin Williams/Jim Carrey sort of way. Only is serious when the situation calls for it. Is also quite goofy in his mannerisms and is given to being clumsy at times. This is actually an act to throw others off of his vampire nature.
He has a rather…insatiable appetite towards sex – thus the reason why he likes hanging around strip clubs and brothels. One could say that he is a “horn dog” but his response for that is “at least I accept it”.
He does have a certain amount of kindness to those who deserve it but to those that he feels doesn’t and cross him will meet a very swift end.
Biography: Jack Murdock (Although not his original name) once was a soldier for King Henry Tudor in the War of the Roses. He showed great promise as a knight for his king but had lost his life in the Battle of Bosworth Field. He suffered a wound to his stomach and lumbered through the battlefield with the growing pain from his eminent death but that night at Bosworth Field a vampire gave him the choice of a lifetime and he took it.
Now, he works for a mysterious organization called “The Carrion Blade”.
