Anima-Dos - Humanized Rainbow Dash

Here’s a humanized version of Rainbow Dash that was drawn by Anima-Dos.

When I started to color this picture, the first question that came to my mind was whether to keep the lineart black or color it in the same style as the show. So I decided to do two versions of this. The first version will be similar in its style to the show where it’s basically flat colors and colored outline. The second version will be where I color it and shade it in my own style.

Just like the other picture that I’ve done of Rainbow Dash in her humanized form, one of the harder parts of this picture was coloring her hair. When I started I had forgotten the technique that I used but then it came back to me when I set about the first color. It was a case of locking the layer, using the pen tool for the curves and then coloring it in with the next color.

The background though, is all my own. I simply looked through screen caps from the show and did some of my own variations on it. And here you have it.

Spiritto - Tinkerbell Candy Pin-up

This was an idea that I had in my head for a while that basically it would involve Tinkerbell in a pin-up picture while near a candy cane.  I commissioned the idea to Spiritto and she really went beyond my original expectations.  I thought originally that the picture would just be of Tinkerbell and the candy cane but Spiritto added peppermints and a lollipop.  And the way that she did Tinkerbell was just exquisite.

Spiritto - Fursona for Joan

After Spiritto had done a Fursona for me I wondered about having one done for a friend of mine who is named KillerChibis on DeviantArt but she does have a blogspot page:  Joan Comics.  I asked Joan if hs'ed like a Fursona and she said yes and after talking with her I asked what kind of animal she’d want and she immediately said “cat.  Definitely a cat.”  And after working out the details with her I passed that information onto Spiritto who produced this.

I think she did an incredible job, don’t you?

Spiritto - StarDragon77 Fursona

This is a fursona that was designed for me by Spiritto.

I watched her on a streaming where she was making a bird fursona for another person.  And I wanted something done for me.  So after talking with her and answering a few questions she asked, she determined that my best animal for my fursona would be a wolf.  And so, I waited with great anticipation for the first one.  I like how she drew me writing and working at late hours of the night, which I do quite a lot of.
After she did that, I wanted another and that was when she made the second one.
I personally like how this one came out.

Thanks Spiritto.

Spiritto - The Kimmatrix Illustration Chapter 03

This is a continuation of the Kimmatrix Illustrations that I am trying to have various artists do.  This one was done by Spiritto.  The setup for this illustration is as follows:

The sharp sting that Kim felt in the back of her head was suddenly gone, and she opened her eyes quickly. She looked around and saw nothing but an empty, white void stretching out in every direction above and below her. It was as if she were in some kind of limbo, but she could feel solid ground beneath her feet.

“W…what happened?” Kim asked softly to herself as she looked around the white emptiness when she felt something very familiar around her shoulders. She looked around and nearly let out a sharp squeal when she saw her long, ginger hair flowing down to her hips again. It was as if a part of her that she felt was missing had come back since she came to that very odd world of dinginess and gray steel.

She pulled the hair over her shoulder and hugged it lovingly as if it was one of her cuddle buddies that she kept on her bed and never told anyone about. She then looked at the rest of herself and found everything was different and yet, it was as it was before. She had on her green tank top, blue jeans, and leather trench coat that Ron had gotten her.

“Ok.” She mused to herself, “Something is definitely up…”

“Booyah!” She heard a voice boom out from behind her. She spun around and found Ron standing there in the blinding, white abyss; her eyes widened at what she saw on him. He was wearing a black duster style trench coat over a blood red shirt with gold trim around his collar, a pair of form fitting black jeans, a pair of black buckled combat boots, and a pair of sunglasses that were very similar in style to those of the Agents who attacked them at Drakken’s base.

Spiritto - 100K Kiriban - Lola Playboy Bunny

A couple years back, Spiritto was having a Kiriban contest.  IN this particular case it was for 100,000 page views.  I went for it and I got the 100,000th page view and asked for the Kiriban prize to have her do a picture of Lola Bunny (Space Jam) in a type of Playboy Bunny setting.  So it was rather funny in a visual way: a bunny as an actual Playboy Bunny.

Spiritto - Ron Stoppable Gift Art

This here was a gift art from Spiritto to me.  It was after I had created a stamp for her in honor of her artistic abilities.  And so in appreciation she asked if there was an art piece that she could do for me and immediately I thought of Ron Stoppable in a fan fiction that I had written with my good friend ClassicCowboy.  The fan fiction being called “The Kimmatrix” which is a fusion of Kim Possible and the Matrix.  If you’re interested in reading them I highly recommend them.

Spiritto - Crysta Cake

This is one of the first pictures that I had commissioned to Spiritto.  At the time it was the coming birthday of her husband Lionheartcartoon.  And because he and I liked the character Crysta from “Furn Gully” I figured why not do something like this where Crysta is popping out of a cake.  So I sent the idea to Spiritto and had her draw it up and this was the result.  Although, I think that it’d have been far more hilarious if she popped out of a cupcake but that’s just me.

Spiritto - Ariel Sunbathing

Because Spiritto did such a wonderful job on the previous Ariel picture I decided to have her do one where it shows Ariel in her human form.  And remembering the film I knew that she would love sunbathing at the beach so that’s the setup that I had Spiritto do.

I know that the background looks a little unfinished but that was mainly because of the budgeting issue that I was having at the time.  Perhaps someday when I get enough money to have her do it I’ll have her really fix up the background.

Spiritto - Topless Ariel

I always thought that the seashell bra for mermaids was a bit much.  Admittedly the film was aimed at children but I can assure you that this picture certainly is not.  Then again, the original story of the Little Mermaid by Hans Christian Anderson wasn’t exactly aimed at children either.  If you don’t believe me will look it up here:

The Little Mermaid by Hans Christian Anderson

Although I did get into an argument with a friend of mine SerpentRose about the idea being a bit ridiculous about mermaids with breasts.   “How would they feed their young?”  He argued, “The milk would just dissolve into the ocean.” Of course, I countered with the fact that Dolphins and Whales are marine mammals and they do the same.  The reason is because the milk has such a high fat content that the consistency would be that of toothpaste.  And that shut the argument down immediately.

Anyway, when I commissioned this piece to Spiritto she liked the idea.  Except DeviantArt didn’t exactly take a liking to it.  Thus the reason why it’s here.
