Harry and Onyxia white out video

Here's the newest coloring commission that was made to me by LordofBones and was drawn by CallMePo.

Initially, I had this one piece posted over at Patreon, but because of how pissy and tight they are about their "guidelines", I've decided to bring things back here.  Since I've been working on coloring commissions, I knew this one would present an interesting challenge from an art stand point because of all the details that would be involved in it.  Such as for Onyxia  and all the various color schemes for her from her hair, horns, wings and tail.  Then there was the background which was requested to make look like a stadium for which to face the dragon.  But instead of fighting her, riding her, befriending her, or taming her, a different kind of challenge is given. 

As for the video itself, the music I wanted to use was from the 1970s porn and I did manage to find something that did go into that realm.  It's from the movie called "Taboo" and thus the reason for the very 70s overtones to it.  But at the time that I had colored this piece I wanted to do what was being done at the time where people would do these art pieces where it was white with the line art and then they take an eraser and just erase the white to show the colors underneath it.

NudieDoodles - Slytherin Noodle

A while ago on Twitter I came across this artist named "NudieDoodles" who did this art piece or rather designed a character that they called "Noodle":

I saw it and instantly loved it.  I think it was because of the fact that she had this cuteness to her and the fact that she had short hair which is something that I don't think is done enough with characters these days.  So I had this idea because in one of the tweets Harry Potter came up, at least I think that's how it came up, and I had this idea of Noodle being in her Hogwarts house but underneath she's wearing panties of a house she's secretly rooting for. 

So, I contacted NudieDoodles and discussed the whole idea with them and they liked it already.  Initially when I discussed the line art I wanted it to be that she's wearing a Slytherin Uniform but wearing Ravenclaw panties.  Though NudieDoodles said that she saw her rooting for Gryffindor.  So, a compromise was reached in which the panties would be left blank so that way when I color them I can put in whatever colors and crest I'd like. 

After it was done, the real fun began.  Most of the uniform was gray but that was okay because that really helps the colors of her pop a little more.  Especially for the tie and the panties.  Because of the earlier discussion with NudieDoodles, I decided to make two versions.  First the Slytherin uniform with Gryffindor panties and then another with Ravenclaw panties. 

And I couldn't help but continue to send work in progress pictures to NudieDoodles a lot. 

But the biggest challenge at the end was making a background and so I did a little research into the look of Hogwarts halls backgrounds.  And much like a lot of really old schools in the United Kingdom, there are stone walls with paintings on the wall.  So I spoke with NudieDooldes about this idea and it was suggested that I'd be throwing in my old artwork in the background but I dismissed it saying that I'd like to put in old artwork of theirs in the background.

Coloring Commission - CallMePo - Cypher3au - Fleur’s Second Thoughts

This is the colored version of the lineart called ”Second Thoughts“ that was drawn by @callmepo as a commission to @cypherthree

The premise of this one is that Fleur Delacour is having second thoughts about the choice of swimsuit for the cold Scottish lake.  

In terms of coloring, this one was both easy as it was hard.  The initial easy part was coloring Fleur, the dock and the tentacle rising out of the lake.  The hard part came when I was charged to creating a background.  At Cypher’s request he asked that the background look something similar to a Scottish lake.  so, I took my time getting the surface of the lake right, the hills, the coloring of the hills, texturizing and so on.  But the initial pallet I chose was green hills and a blue lake.  Thanks to my colleague, , she told me that blue is more appropriate for oceans instead of lakes. So I changed it to a muddy green type of color.  Thinking I was finished, I showed it to Cypher and then I found out that I made a bit of a mistake.  The mistake being that it was supposed to be a winter scene.  So, I needed to change it to look like it’s in the middle of winter.  Which would also explain why Fleur’s nipples look hard enough to cut glass.

But after dealing with the change and adding in a few extra effects, the pic was done.

Coloring Commission - CallMePo - Lord of Bones - “Fleur and the Were-Jaguars”

It’s been a while since I’ve had a coloring commission and one of my newer commissioners came to me and asked me to color this new piece that was done for him by @callmepo.  Upon first seeing it, I knew that the work was cut out for me but I went to it.  And thankfully Lord of Bones had provided plenty of resource images that helped as far as the coloring and such. 

The only thing that was hard about it was coloring the “spots”.  I essentially had to go in and color each one one by one in the appropriate color.  There is a bit of a trade off when it comes to coloring characters clothed and those who are nude.  When coloring clothed characters you can take each piece one at a time, such as the shirt, the pants, the shoes, the skin, the eyes and so on.  But when it’s the whole body like when they’re nude, or in this case, one full fur color, the challenge is that you only have a limited pallet to use but you have to make sure you’re putting the shadows in the right spot. 

As for the background, just a simple affair of stone walls and a wooden floor.

Coloring Commission - CallMePo - Lord of Bones - House Uniting

This is a coloring commission made to me by Lord of Bones of a lineart that he had @callmepo do for him.  It’s an “extra naughty commission” of Harry involved in a house uniting ceremony with Hermione Granger, Susan Bones and Daphne Greengrass.

What happened with this picture is that, I was approached by Lord of Bones over at my HentaiFoundry Page and he asked to commission me and he showed me the picture that he had CallMePo do for him.  And I knew just from looking at it that it would be quire an undertaking.  This was especially true since he had asked for specific skin tones for the participants in this picture.  Such as how the skin tones for the women would go from pale to tan starting with Daphne being the palest, then Susan being a fair skin tone and then Hermione being a little more tan than the others.  After digging through various pictures I’ve done over time and the differing skin tones I’ve done I pulled together a pallet list and came up with something.  However, it took a little tweaking to get it just right for Lord of Bone’s vision. 

The next part that he wanted, which I thought was clever, was how each girl would have lipstick and nail polish in coordinating colors with their houses.  Such as, Daphne would have green for Slytherin, Susan would have yellow for Hufflepuff, and Hermione would have red for Gryffindor.  And thanks to those, I applied the same thing to the letters in the book in the background. 

The final most fun part was putting in the background of the castle wall.  In other pictures what I did was just laying down uniform brick patterns into the canvas.  But this time I decided to make it look more like a medieval castle.  And by that I would need to make the bricks/stones look more irregular.  So I went about doing that making it look like the stones were picked up out of the riverbed and set into place with thick mortar.

Coloring Commission - CallMePo - Cypher3au - Fleur and Neena on Holiday

This is the latest coloring commission that was made to me by Cypher3au of a faovorite pair:  Fleur Delacour and Neena that was drawn by callmepo

From what Cypher3au told me about this, the basic setup is that Fleur and Neena are on holiday in the French Rivera and are cruising around looking at all the beautiful men. 
In the course of the commission I had asked him if he wanted a background.  He told me ‘no’ given that he was limited on budget.  So, I had asked if he could what would he want done and the setup, since Fleur and Neena are in high heels, maybe they’d be on the boardwalk just next door to the beach and looking out.  Already I had imagined it, there’d be a shop in the background and they’re just strolling along and saying to each other, “Oh, I’d have him.  and him.” 

“Oh, such a buffet of beefcake.” 

Shame that I couldn’t do a background, but maybe in the future I’ll have something done. 
Anyway, everyone, In the past month, a lot of car expenses had hit me, such as my breaks, registration, getting it smog checked and so on.  So I’ve been making an effort to get as many commissions as I can from various people that I know.

Coloring Commission - Fleur and Morrigan

This is a coloring commission that was made to me by Cypher3au.  The lineart was drawn by CallMePo.

This one was rather fun to color given that I already had the pallet made for Fleur as well as Morgan.  Well, somewhat for Morrigan, I had an idea of where to start with her though I had to modify the pallet to make it fit.  Funny thing though, with the way that Morrigan’s breasts were in her sweatervest I thought that the tops were exposed similar to what Fleur has but from what Cypher3au told me, I was mistaken so I made the necessary changes and here we have it.

The idea I had for this is that it would be an older Hermione Granger dressed in her uniform.  The idea of her biting the end of her quill was Kay-sama’s idea.

Mary-dreams - Hermione pin-up

This is a colored version of a lineart that I had commissioned of Mary-Dreams.

The basic idea behind it is that I wanted something in the pin-up style. Where it’s just a girl and a few other objects around her. However, I didn’t want it to be too explicit. Which is what I told mary-dreams at the time.

Although I will say that coloring the books and the items around her were a lot trickier than coloring Hermione herself (with the exception of coloring her hair).

Mary-Dreams - Harry and Hermione

This is a colored version of the commission of a commission that was drawn for me by Mary-dreams.

I know that not many people are fans of Harry/Hermione but I am so that’s all that counts.

Although, the biggest problem I had with this is making a background. So if any of you have ideas/tips/hints let me know perhaps something can be worked out.


Update: I wasn’t entirely happy with the background so what I did was I tried to change it to make it look like Hogwarts itself.

Meme - StarDragon77 Harry Potter Sorting

This is my own version of the Harry Potter House Sorting Meme that was setup by Moemai

Part of what has to be done with the meme is to pick which house you think that fits you, then you pick your favorite subject and your least favorite subject. I picked Divination because I don’t like the idea that the future is out of my control. Plus the fact that the class is guesswork at best. For my favorite at first I picked “History of Magic” because I always did well in history courses and I tend to watch the History Channel a lot (when they do programs about actual history). But then I rethought it and changed it to “Muggle Studies” since I’m also fascinated with things in our world, how they are made, what led to their development, and so on.

As for the house, originally I thought that Gryffindor would be a good fit for me. I do think courage is a valuable thing but the fact of the matter is that I’m not really all that brave. So looking to the other houses, I figured Ravenclaw would be better because of how they value intelligence, creativity, learning, and wit. Seems to be right up my alley.

Finally, the Patronus, I decided upon the rooster because for one it is something that I haven’t seen very much of in the other HP Sorting Memes. And I know some are going to make some crude jokes about that - so just to let you know I see them coming.

LadyViridis - Harry Potter and the Witch Named Emmanuelle

This is a piece that I had commissioned of a very wonderful artist by the name of LadyViridis

In the beginning I had gone to the forums and posted a message saying that I wanted to commission an artist who could mimic the styles of the Harry Potter covers.  My reasoning for this is because I wanted to make a cover for a fan fiction that I was doing called “Harry Potter and the Witch Named Emmanuelle”.

After I had spoken with FlameRaven and discussed the specifics of it, she went to work on it.  Those specifics were that I wanted to have Harry in Emmanuelle’s bedroom.  Though the funny thing is that this isn’t a Mary Sue fan fiction where Harry is with this woman named Emmanuelle.

The story is basically that I had created a series of events to happen within the 6th year but also I had re-written a few things here and there - but I won’t tell them all out here since that would detract anyone from reading it.  All I can say is that this witch named Emmanuelle is more like a new guide for Harry.

Also, as a small fact, Emmanuelle isn’t a character I created.  She is a character from another book by a woman named “Emmanuelle Arsan” who wrote about this woman who had various escapades into sexual discovery.

Anyway, the only thing I did to this one is the addition of the titles - which was rather tricky as far as the part that read “and the Witch named Emmanuelle” because I wanted it to be elegantly written.  Similar to the woman herself: elegant.
